- How do I know which languages are available in a specific title?
To see a list of the languages available on a title you've purchased, simply check the available languages by selecting "Change Language" in the software's main menu.
If you'd like to know which titles have been translated to which languages, view our full list of languages.
- After inserting a Comfy software CD, my computer doesn't recognize it, the game halts at startup or I receive the message "This program cannot run without the original CD in the drive". what should I do?
If you receive the message "This program cannot run without the original CD in the drive" during initial installation, make sure you have properly inserted your CD to the CD-Rom drive. If the message still appears, verify that your CD-Rom drive functions properly.
If you've already installed and played the title, your CD may have been subject to or damaged by improper environment, abuse, misuse or accident. In this case, your local Comfy representative can replace your damaged Comfy CD according to the product's License Terms and the local Comfy representative's return policy. For further information, please contact your local representative.
- Can I use the Easy PC Learning System with my Mac?
The Easy PC System currently requires the Microsoft Windows Operating System to run, and cannot be used with OSX.
Apple has recently released Boot Camp, which lets users install Microsoft Windows on Intel Based Macs, therefore allowing them to connect and play with the Easy PC System.
To install the Easy PC System on an Intel based Mac, you must first install Boot Camp and Microsoft Windows on it.
Once installed, start your Mac and choose to run the Windows Operating System, then connect the Easy PC as if you were using a regular Windows PC.

- I'm having problems with my Elmo / Bert & Ernie Computer Phone.
The Elmo Computer Phone is a product from the Comfy's old product line. This product was first marketed in 1998 and has not been sold worldwide since 2001. This Elmo Computer Phone works with relatively old operating systems (Windows 95/98) that were common during it's selling period and can result in improper installation while trying to install it on up-to-date Operating Systems (i.e. Windows XP).
We're sorry but this product is no longer under Comfy's support range since January 2006.
